January 3	Confirm your intentions for the placement process through the COOP NAVIGATOR until January 22, 2013. (Note: If you choose to participate in the placement, you will be required to attend all your interviews and rank all your jobs!)
January 7	MANDATORY WORKSHOP: Applying to Coop to Jobs on Virtual Campus
January 7	MANDATORY WORKSHOP: Coop Interview
January 7	Winter courses begin.
January 21	As of today, view jobs and apply for them daily through the COOP Navigator. NOTE: You will not be able to apply for jobs unless: 1) you have confirmed your intentions for the placement and 2) your résumé has been approved. No late applicants will be accepted!
January 22	Last day for CO-OP students on a study term to withdraw from CO-OP without any academic penalty and receive a 50% reimbursement for the winter 2013 CO-OP fees. (You must fill out the withdrawal form at the CO-OP Office if you are withdrawing from CO-OP.)
January 22	Last day to confirm your intentions for the placement process through the COOP Navigator (before 11:00 p.m.). (Note: If you choose to participate in the placement, you will be required to attend all your interviews and rank all your jobs!)
January 23	You can now start to view and confirm your interview schedule in the COOP Navigator. From January 23 to February 15.
February 4	ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEW PERIOD (from February 4 to 15, 2013)
February 15	Last day to view and confirm your interview schedule in the COOP Navigator.
February 15	Last day of ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
February 18	MANDATORY WORKSHOP: Work Term Excellence (pre-workshop exercises) on Virtual Campus
February 19	Complete your ranking through the COOP Navigator. From February 19 (noon) to February 20 (noon), 2013.
February 21	Log into the COOP Navigator to view your matching results today. If you've been matched, the match will appear in your 'Term sequence' under your 'Personal profile' beside the "summer 2013 term."
February 22	Students not matched Continuous placement begins View and apply to continuous placement jobs DAILY. No late applicants are accepted! You will need to complete your ranking after each interview.
February 26	Starting today, you can view and confirm your interview schedule for the continuous placement process.
March 4	MANDATORY WORKSHOP: Work Term Excellence
March 4	MANDATORY WORKSHOP: Work Term Excellence (post-workshop exercises) on Virtual Campus
May 6	First day of summer 2013 work term. The work term normally takes place from May 6 to August 30 (duration of 15 to 17 weeks).
May 17	Complete the 'Site Visit' section in the COOP Navigator.
June 7	Deadline to submit work-term objectives and reflections.
August 30	Last day of summer 2013 work term. Be sure to subscribe to "TXT Me The CO-OP Key Dates" for your next work term.
August 30	Deadline to complete the Student Evaluation via COOP Navigator.
September 4	MANDATORY WORKSHOP: Work Term in Review on Virtual Campus
September 13	Deadline for submission of the summer 2013 WORK-TERM REPORT AT THE CO-OP OFFICE (5 p.m.).
