December 1	Confirm your intentions for the placement process through the COOP Navigator until 11 p.m. on January 19, 2010. (Note: If you choose to participate in the placement, you will be required to attend all your interviews and rank all your jobs!)
January 5	Winter courses begin.
January 18	View jobs and apply for them through the COOP Navigator. NOTE: You will not be able to apply for jobs unless you have confirmed your intentions for the placement. No late applicants will be accepted. From January 18 (12 a.m.) to January 20 (11 p.m.)
January 19	Last day for CO-OP students on a study term to withdraw from CO-OP without any academic penalty and receive a 50% reimbursement for the winter 2010 CO-OP fees. (You must fill out the withdrawal form at the CO-OP Office if you are withdrawing from CO-OP.)
January 19	Last day to confirm your intentions for the placement process through the COOP Navigator (before 11 p.m.). (Note: If you choose to participate in the placement, you will be required to attend all your interviews and rank all your jobs!)
January 21	Apply for newly posted jobs. Starting at 12 a.m., these jobs will be highlighted in orange. They are active for only 47 hours from the day they're posted. The last day for jobs to be posted is February 5. No late applicants will be accepted.
January 21	You can now start to view and confirm your interview schedule in the COOP Navigator. From January 21 to February 12
February 1	ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEW PERIOD (From February 1 to 12, 2010)
February 12	Last day of ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
February 12	Last day to view and confirm your interview schedule in the COOP Navigator.
February 17	Complete your ranking through the COOP Navigator. From February 17 (noon) to February 18 (noon).
February 19	Log into the COOP Navigator to view your matching results today. If you've been matched, the match will appear in your 'Term sequence' under your 'Personal profile' beside the summer 2010 term.
February 22	Students not matched. Second round process begins. View and apply to continuous placement jobs DAILY. Please note that jobs posted between February 22 and 23 will not be highlighted in orange. No late applicants are accepted. You will need to complete your ranking after each interview.
May 3	First day of summer work term. From May 3 to August 27 (minimun of 15 weeks required).
May 3	Complete the 'site visit' section in the COOP Navigator between May 3 to May 28.
May 21	Deadline to complete the 'site visit' section in the COOP Navigator. Note: If you started your work term after May 21, please enter the information as soon as possible in order to allow sufficient time for the Office to coordinate your visit.
August 27	Last day of summer work term.
August 27	Deadline to complete the Student Evaluation via COOP Navigator.
